Elizabeth goes to the gov't office Sept 5, 2010

I went here to get my Permanent Resident Permit.  Don't freak out! I'm not staying here forever. It just means I'm here longer than a tourist. My appointment was for 10:00 and guess when they saw me? Yep. 10:00. Ya gotta love it.

At this government office they had the same customer service rating device that I had seen at the airport immigration counter AND they let me take a photo. Beautiful.

This is a device that should be installed at every Canadian government service counter and office to evaluate the sometimes oxymoronically-named civil servants.
