Yes, it's true and here's the visual proof.

For some reason, I don't know why, but I imagine I will eventually find out, many envelopes in China do not come with the adhesive needed to seal them. You either have to use tape from home or the glue so graciously provided by China Post.
Guess who forgot her tape at home?
